Susan Ramon was a Disc Jockey in the mid 80's with Jackie McCoy (in St. Louis) and left radio to pursue her career in the horse business. Her career was very successful and won many professional shows including the World Championship in 1986 with her Paso Fino, Don Ramon. Don Ramon is now 27 years old and resides with Jackie in St. Louis, living a quiet life.
Jackie and Susan launched Whats Happening Brevard April 18, 2005. After 2 fast paced years of live events and numerous guests in the studio, both Jackie and Susan decided to take some time off.
Jackie McCoy and her partner Mad Maynard currently have the longest running Oldie's Show in the nation (26 years) called The Original Sunday Night Oldies Show. It is held in St. Louis at The Dorsett Inn every Sunday night and at JP's Corner every Wednesday night. You can also catch Jackie on KEZK (www.kezk.com/personalities/jackie_mccoy.shtml) in St. Louis hosting the show "Soft Rock Favorites" every weekend.
